For project-based work, we adhere to the delivery schedule outlined in the signed agreement. The delivery time of images may vary based on the workload of our workload. In the event of an emergency, rush-hour delivery is available at a higher rate than our regular pricing. We take pride in our ability to deliver on-time for every order and guarantee prompt delivery for all but a few emergency cases.
